What is Passbox?

Passbox rewards you for your loyalty (that thing you do when you keep coming to the store). We make it fun, fast and easy for you to earn rewards just for coming in the store.

How does it work?

It's simple. Go in the store. Enter your mobile number on the tablet screen. Get rewards. We call it 'unlocking your Passbox'.

Rewards are added to your Passbox Rewards account, just for coming in the store. Use your rewards for gas, stuff in the store or whatever.

On your first 'unlock', you'll get a text message with a Prize ID to sign up. Sign up on your phone or on the web.

How do I earn rewards?

You get rewards just for coming in the store and 'unlocking' your Passbox. The more you visit, the more you earn.

There are also bonus rewards for your social activity (like inviting friends to sign up) and surprise rewards.

Do I need a card? If so, where do I get it?

You need a card to get started. You can get it in the store. It's free. Once you sign up, you can get a digital card on smart phones.

If you have a PayPal account, you may not need a card at all. You simply sign up for your Passbox Rewards by following the PayPal sign in steps if your retailer supports PayPal payment.

When are the rewards available for me to use?

First, you have to sign up for Passbox Rewards. Otherwise, we won't know where to send them!

After signing up, your "First Entry" reward is immediately loaded on your card or account. Congrats!

Then, after every 10th visit, your rewards are immediately loaded onto your card or account.

How often can I 'unlock my Passbox'?

Once per day.

Where do I sign up?

You need a Prize ID! To get one, enter your mobile number to unlock the Passbox at the checkout counter. You'll get a text message with a link taking you to your personal sign up page. From there it takes just 30 seconds to sign up and you're ready to start earning!

Do I have to do anything else (online, in-store) to continue to receive rewards?

Nope! Just keep playing to keep winning.

Why do you need my mobile number?

Because it's super easy, you never forget it and it let's us know it's you.

And, it let's us send you a text with your Prize ID so you can sign up.

Can I use my home phone number?

No, mobile phones only since we text you with a Prize ID that let's you sign up.

Why did I receive a text message?

This text provides your unique sign up link to create your account and start redeeming rewards.

What is a 'Level Up' reward?

When you move from one level to another, you get a special bonus reward. It let's us give you some extra goodness for being a long time loyal customer.

I noticed I am back at Level 1? Why did this happen?

Levels reset every year. So level up as many times as you can before the New Year's Eve ball drops!

Can rewards be accumulated?

Absolutely! They accumulate until you use them.

Do my rewards ever expire?

Typically not. Some of our retailers' gas back programs have gas rewards expire every 60 days if they're not used. But who goes 60 days without filling up their tank?

Will I receive more texts, emails, or calls since I provided my information?

You can opt out of receiving messages ANY TIME. We don't want you to feel spammed.

We only send you important messages, like when you've earned a reward or have free gas that might expire soon.

We can also send you exclusive offers and share other cool ways to earn rewards if you like. If not, you can opt out of those, too, in your Notification Preferences.

What does Passbox do with the personal info I provide?

Your privacy is our priority. We keep your information safe and secure in order to maintain relevant contact with you. We promise never to reveal your individual identity to third parties.
